PEMISCOT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL SELECTS AUTOMATED
WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION
Time Spot Provides Customized Payroll Interface and Reporting System
To Help County Hospital Manage Time and Attendance

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. and HAYTI, Mo., October 24, 2005 ? Pemiscot Memorial Hospital, a Missouri-based county hospital, has selected an automated workforce management solution from Time Spot Inc. (OTCBB: TMAM) to more effectively standardize payroll policies and procedures, to obtain access to accurate workforce data, and track labor costs more efficiently.

Pemiscot Memorial Hospital selected the GENESIS PROŽ enterprise software solution to track and streamline workforce data for 550 employees across five locations. A powerful software system designed to automate timekeeping, scheduling and job costing in larger companies, GENESIS PRO will interface employee time and labor data into Pemiscot?s payroll system, enabling the company to process payroll efficiently and apply consistent policies.

Employees of Pemiscot Memorial Hospital will clock in and out using biometric HandPunch units, which will protect Pemiscot against time theft resulting from ?buddy punching,? which occurs when employees clock in or out for each other. In addition some employees will use WebClock to clock in and out, and check their work hours and schedules. WebClock is accessed through the Internet, without requiring the assistance of payroll or human resources personnel.

?By using a best of breed solution from Time Spot, we have easily and quickly automated our workforce management process and integrated it into our payroll system,? said Julie Hankins, Fiscal Services Director, Pemiscot Hospital. ?The implementation and training received has enabled us to achieve operational efficiency at a low cost of ownership.?

One of the most comprehensive workforce management solutions in the industry, GENESIS PRO enables companies to make real-time decisions about employee related information.

?Pemiscot Memorial Hospital is able to use real-time data to reduce labor costs and mitigate compliance risks by using a Time Spot solution,? said Greg Fioriti, vice president of Corporate Sales, Time Spot. "We are pleased to have Pemiscot join our well established family of clients.
