(OTCBB: TMAM) to more effectively standardize payroll policies and procedures, to obtain access to accurate workforce data, and track labor costs more efficiently.
Pemiscot Memorial Hospital selected the GENESIS PRO® enterprise software solution to track and streamline workforce data for 550 employees across five locations. A powerful software system designed to automate timekeeping, scheduling and job costing in larger companies, GENESIS PRO will interface employee time and labor data into Pemiscot?s payroll system, enabling the company to process payroll efficiently and apply consistent policies.
Employees of Pemiscot Memorial Hospital will clock in and out using biometric HandPunch units, which will protect Pemiscot against time theft resulting from ?buddy punching,? which occurs when employees clock in or out for each other. In addition some employees will use WebClock to clock in and out, and check their work hours and schedules. WebClock is accessed through the Internet, without requiring the assistance of payroll or human resources personnel.
