NEW TIME CLOCKS FROM Time Spot PROVIDE INCREASED LABOR
SAN DIEGO, JUNE 20, 2005 ? Time Spot (OTCBB: TMAM) has introduced a series of next generation time clocks that increases efficiency and decreases cost in labor management practices within corporations and organizations.
The TA7000 clocks use the latest labor management technologies to provide accurate time and attendance tracking, improved forecasting and reliable reporting. Using the new Time Spot clock terminal, supervisors can better manage labor distribution and eliminate unauthorized overtime by restricting employee schedules and start/stop shifts. Managers can also prohibit employees who arrive early or late from using buddy punching methods to clock in ?on time.? This feature will allow many companies to save thousands of payroll dollars that are lost due to overpayments on fraudulent time entries.
?When we started to design the clock, we envisioned a device that would address the defacto technology and provide advanced functionality to support data collection needs well into the future,? said Bahan Sadegh, chief technology officer, Time Spot. ?Our TA7000 series clocks push the envelope in data collection technology by employing technologies such as biometrics, wireless capability that supports the latest security protocols, and power over Ethernet.?
Mr. Sadegh added, ?These features increase the accuracy of data collection, while reducing operational costs associated with workforce management. We will continue to offer best-of-breed solutions to address marketplace needs.?
The TA7000 series clocks are available in three models that include various types of data input options such as magnetic, barcode, proximity and biometric fingerprint readers. Additional features include standard 8MB of memory with a 4GB expansion option, 10/100 Ethernet, and USB ports.
The clocks engage employees to view and manage their own information, making it more convenient for employees to check in and out of work each day and easier for companies to accurately track workforce time. Employees can also utilize optional user-friendly monochrome or color LCD touch screens to view hours worked, benefit accrual balances, work schedules and messages from their managers.
The TA7000 Data Collection Series time clock is available immediately for orders. For more information, please call 800-561-6366 or visit the company website at: timespothq.com.
