Time Spot Press Releases

TEMPE, AZ, December 15, 2004 ? Sugar Creek Packing Co., the nation?s leader in bacon slicing capabilities, has significantly increased operational efficiency by implementing an automated labor management system by Time Spot Inc. (OTCBB: TMAM).

Time Spot?s HourTrack? solution replaced an outdated labor management system that could not keep up with the company?s growth. Using Time Spot?s comprehensive system, Sugar Creek has solved many of its payroll and labor management challenges. For example, the transition from traditional time cards to biometric clocks has enabled payroll to operate more efficiently. Moreover, management has benefited from the system?s ability to monitor the progress of both individuals and groups.

?We do a lot of in-house development and we wanted an automated time and labor management system that could easily integrate with our existing proprietary software,? said Vincent Perhach, Corporate IT Director for Sugar Creek, whose payroll and accounting departments were experiencing difficulties until they implemented the easy to use system. ?Time Spot?s software made sense. We could extend it and integrate it to do what we wanted.?

Since its implementation in 2000, HourTrack has helped Sugar Creek make some critical improvements. One such improvement is the real time statistics that the company now has access to, which highlight the strengths and weaknesses of their workforce operations and productivity. By eliminating harmful lag-time in reporting, decisions can be made and implemented faster, which adds up to savings in time and money, and ultimately ?trims the fat.? Additionally Sugar Creek has experienced operational benefits resulting in a return on their investment and a steeper competitive edge.

?The management response has actually been very nice,? said Mr. Perhach. ?We?re now able to track time down to pounds-per-man-hour which for a bacon slicing company means increased efficiency at plants and improved productivity, both of which contribute to a fatter bottom line.?
