Time Spot AND PAYPLUS SOFTWARE FORM STRATEGIC ALLIANCE TO DELIVER TIME AND LABOR MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
TEMPE, AZ, March 11, 2004 ? Time Spot, Inc. (OTCBB: TMAM) a leading provider of time and workforce management solutions, has formed a strategic alliance with PayPlus Software, Inc. a leading software provider for Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), to deliver automated time and labor management solutions to PayPlus and SLS Triad customers.
The alliance enables Time Spot to provide desktop and web-enabled solutions, including a co-branded version of NETtime, to the combined base of PayPlus and SLS licensees who will re-sell the solutions to their end-users. Time Spot has developed an interface to the PayPlus and SLS Triad product offerings, enabling a turn-key solution that will automatically collect and transfer employee time and labor data to the PayPlus and SLS payroll systems.
