Time Spot Press Releases

TEMPE, Ariz. and BEND, Ore., April 1, 2004 ?Time Spot, Inc. (OTCBB: TMAM) and CORT Directions have formed a strategic partnership to jointly market their time and attendance solutions and human resource management solutions (HRMS) to the payroll and HR marketplace.

Under the terms of the strategic agreement, Time Spot?s leading time and attendance system, NETtime?, will be integrated into CORT Directions? HRMS to provide automated time-entry for payroll and attendance tracking. CORT Directions? HRMS provides total management of payroll and Human Resources including management of payroll, benefit administration, and retirement and COBRA management in either client-server, web, or ASP (hosted) versions. With NETtime, customers can track and transform employee time and labor data into strategic information to improve workforce productivity and the utilization of labor resources. CORT Directions? solutions process payroll and HR for over 1,200 companies in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, hospitality and gaming, government and municipal, as well as professional sports.

Both firms have already shared a number of joint product deployments including Corinthian, Inc., Philadelphia Nursing, Saddle West Hotel & Casino and SmartHealth, Inc.

?A significant amount of time and effort has been invested to create a seamless integration between CORT Directions? HRMS and NETtime,? said Mark Ohrenberger, president, CORT Directions. ?For the first time in this industry, users view an employee as a single asset and the distinction between HR, labor management and payroll is transparent. For this reason, many HRMS users are now replacing aging time clock systems with full featured labor management solutions, like NETtime.?

?Any time you can reduce duplicate entries between HRMS and workforce management systems, the productivity of both is significantly increased,? said Thomas Bednarik, president and CEO, Time Spot. ?The data stored in CORT Directions? HRMS is easily shared with NETtime to set-up employee records, track resources and obtain pertinent employee data, resulting in a dramatic reduction in payroll processing time.?
