TEMPE, Ariz., June 14, 2004 ? AmStaff Human Resources, a full-service professional employer organization (PEO) has agreed to remarket NETtime?, the 100% web-based time and labor management solution of Time Spot, Inc. (OTCBB: TMAM) to its client base.

Under the remarketing agreement, AmStaff will license and private brand NETtime, making it a core component of their integrated suite of products. AmStaff customers can use NETtime to track and manage their human resources, benefits administration and payroll administration.

?AmStaff Human Resources? hands on approach and well thought out policies and procedures are designed to minimize employee time and labor problems, and to assist companies in building and retaining the quality workforce they need to be successful,? said Britt Landrum, Chief Technology Officer at AmStaff. ?Our partnership with Time Spot will be critical in achieving these goals.?

AmStaff successfully implemented NETtime for their corporate headquarters employees before rolling it out to their clients. Mr. Landrum said that AmStaff experienced a smooth internal introduction of NETtime and successfully integrated NETtime with AmStaff?s payroll software, PayPlus ? the leading payroll software for PEOs and a partner of Time Spot. The integration will enable AmStaff customers to more effectively address labor management issues and payroll preparation through automated data transfer and communication between the two systems.

A 100% web-based solution designed for small, medium and enterprise sized businesses, NETtime is offered as either a hosted solution or an in-house licensed application. NETtime eliminates manual payroll preparation and the need for paper timecards or timesheets.

NETtime will be available for licensing from AmStaff in the third quarter of 2004.
