VITRIX CHANGES NAME TO Time Spot, INC.
TEMPE, Ariz., December 22, 2003 ?Vitrix, Inc., (OTCBB: VRXI), the parent company of Time Spot, Inc., a leading developer and marketer of time and labor management solutions, today announced that it has received shareholder approval at its annual meeting on December 9, 2003, to change its name to Time Spot, Inc. The name change is effective immediately. Concurrent with this name change, the Company?s ticker symbol will change from VRXI to TMAM at the start of trading on December 22, 2003. The Company?s shares will continue to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board.
