Tempe, ARIZ. (November 15, 2002) - Time Spot, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Vitrix, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VRXI), sponsored the first meeting of its newly formed Dealer Association last week, during the National Time Equipment Association's (NTEA) annual convention.

Formed in 1978, The NTEA is the leading trade association dedicated to time and data collection software, hardware and service providers, with an annual convention attracting over 400 attendees. Last week, the Las Vegas-based NTEA event served as the setting for Time Spot's first Dealer Association meeting, bringing together approximately 40 Dealers of Time Spot's software and hardware products. In response to a poll of its Dealers conducted earlier this year, Time Spot formed the Association to provide an open forum for Dealers to share resources, strategies and selling techniques, and ultimately to expand their collective business opportunity.

"Through this Association, we hope to provide a unique setting for our Dealers to network, to share resources and to leverage their complementary business initiatives," stated Jim Martin, VP of Channel Sales for Time Spot. "We also hope to gain valuable insight into our Dealers' selling challenges, as well as specific time and attendance functionality requirements, so that we can ensure our continued market responsiveness," he added.

The Time Spot Dealer Association plans to meet on a semi-annual basis, with the next meeting targeted for Spring 2003.
