Time Spot AND PDS ESTABLISH STRATEGIC ALLIANCE
Companies partner to provide turnkey self service HR and labor management solution

Scottsdale, Ariz., February 13, 2006 ? Time Spot, Inc. (OTCBB: TMAM) has entered into a strategic alliance with Pennsylvania-based PDS, an award-winning developer of web-based human resource and payroll systems, to provide real-time tracking of employee time and labor data.

The alliance enables Time Spot and PDS to deliver a turnkey solution to customers that want to leverage the web to deploy and administer their HR and labor management processes. PDS? software application, Vista?, interfaces with Time Spot?s NETtimeŽ solution to provide a completely web-based means of harnessing employee data in a secure environment.
