Time Spot Press Releases

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ., March 6, 2006 ? ComUnity Lending, one of the top 100 mortgage companies in the U.S., has selected Time Spot?s workforce management solution to automate its HR and labor management processes.

ComUnity Lending will use the web-based NETtimeŽ application to collect time and attendance data, apply payroll policies, enforce schedules and generate a variety of productivity reports that track items such as job costing and labor hours worked. More than 1,800 employees across thirty nine states working in 108 retail branches and 40 Mortgage Master sites will utilize NETtime?s Employee Self Service features to submit time worked, check schedules and review benefit accruals.

Trulie Holmes, PHR, Gevity Human Resource Manager for ComUnity Lending said, ?Because NETtime easily interfaces to the Gevity HR and payroll solution, ComUnity Lending has the ability streamline its HR management processes across many locations into a single database with 24/7 access. Not only will this provide administrative relief to their payroll process, but it will save time and money lost to correcting payments of miscalculated employee time.?

Workforce data housed in NETtime will interface to ComUnity Lending?s web-enabled HR and payroll platform, provided by Gevity (NASDAQ: GVHR), a leading provider of insourced employee management solutions. The Gevity solution working in conjunction with NETtime will provide ComUnity Lending with a turnkey solution that includes a combination of credentialed human resource consultants and a scalable, Web-enabled technology platform for Human Resource, Workforce Management and Payroll processing.

?Effective tracking of employee time and attendance data is a critical component of the human resource and payroll process. We are pleased that ComUnity Lending has selected NETtime address this need, and with Gevity, leverage a complete HR solution,? said Greg Fioriti, Vice President of Corporate Sales, Time Spot, Inc.

NETtime is a one hundred percent web-based time and labor management solution offered in a hosted or licensed model. Accessible from any computer with Internet access, NETtime provides powerful tools that help companies know exactly where their workforce time and dollars are spent. NETtime reduces the amount of time spent manually calculating and entering employee data.

Gevity's offerings deliver a comprehensive employee management solution and help clients increase profits, grow sales and improve customer satisfaction. By acting as the insourced human resource department for its portfolio companies, Gevity helps stack the odds of success in a mortgage banking firm's favor.
