Gevity (NASDAQ: GVHR), the leading provider of a comprehensive insourced employee management solution, has partnered with Time Spot (OTCBB: TMAM) to provide automated time and labor management solutions to help companies reduce operational costs and improve the management of employees.

Under the arrangement, Gevity will private brand Time Spot?s suite of web-based, client-server and desktop time and labor management solutions. Time Spot?s software applications and data collection systems provide innovative, cost-effective methods for companies to automate the process of tracking employee time and human resource data. Employees can enter time and attendance information in a variety of ways including badge or key terminals, Internet browser, telephone and biometric hand readers. Through the Web, employees can review time sheets, benefit balances and check schedules. From there, supervisors can manage employee data and run reports to mange overtime, track job costing and analyze workforce productivity.
