Time Spot Press Releases

TEMPE, Ariz., April 12, 2004 ? The YMCA of Greater Kansas City, one of Kansas City?s largest not-for-profit community service organizations, has selected Time Spot, Inc. (OTC BB: TMAM) to streamline its time and labor management processes in order to cut administration costs normally associated with time and labor data collection.

The YMCA of Greater Kansas City selected Time Spot?s hosted NETtime? solution to improve tracking of employee time and data for 1,400 employees across 25 locations in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Employees will enter their time and attendance data through a web browser, telephony technology and 17 Ethernet time clocks. Employee data in the NETtime system will interface directly with YMCA?s existing human resource (HR) system from Ultimate Software, a partner of Time Spot.

?With NETtime, the YMCA of Greater Kansas City will be able to provide administrative capabilities including access to up to the minute, real time timekeeping data to our supervisors across multiple locations,? said Kelli McClure, Associate Vice President of Finance for the YMCA of Greater Kansas City. ?By using NETtime to streamline our workforce management process, we will be able to save time, money and resources.

?With NETtime, supervisors at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City will receive full reports on employee time and attendance in real time ? allowing them to make rapid changes based on an accurate assessment of departmental performance,? said Scott Mertzel, vice president of Corporate Sales, Time Spot, Inc. ?We are pleased that we were the solution of choice for the YMCA of Greater Kansas City.?

A web-based application, NETtime is offered as either a hosted solution or an in-house licensed application. Aside from tracking employee time and attendance, Time Spot?s NETtime solution allows YMCA to track time by a specific job or department, enforce payroll policies, manage individual employee benefits, and provide a variety of management reports.
