TEMPE, Ariz., February 12, 2004 ? Time Spot, Inc. (OTCBB: TMAM), a leading provider of time and workforce management solutions, has entered into a joint marketing relationship with Malvern, Penn.-based PrimePay, Inc., a leading provider of payroll and related business services solutions.

The partnership allows PrimePay to re-sell Time Spot?s time and workforce management solutions, including NETtime? and GENESIS?, to its existing client base and new clients as part of its solutions suite. Time Spot?s products interface with PrimePay?s payroll processing system to provide automated collection and transfer of employee time data.
