TEMPE, Ariz., January 26, 2004 ? Time Spot, Inc. (OTCBB: TMAM), a leading provider of time and workforce management solutions, has entered into an agreement with Intuit Payroll Services, a division of Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU), to offer automated time and labor management solutions to Intuit?s customer base.

Under the terms of the agreement, Intuit will refer Intuit customers who are seeking a fast and easy way to document and track time and labor to Time Spot?s web-enabled offering, NETtime?, and its PC-based solutions. Time Spot?s products integrate with Intuit?s payroll processing services providing Intuit Payroll Services? customers with automated collection and transfer of data.
